How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is priced per order, based on the size of the plants and where they are going. Ask us for a price and we confirm the exact cost in writing before you pay anything.
Do you offer a planting service?
Yes. We plant everything from a single specimen tree to a full boundary hedge. Our team travels with the delivery vehicle across Northern Ireland and the Republic. Ask for a planting quote when you place your order or request a quote.
Do trees from Italy come with EU plant passports?
Yes. Every tree sourced from our partner nurseries in Pistoia comes with a full EU plant passport, phytosanitary documentation and species-of-origin paperwork.
What is the difference between potted and rootballed?
Potted (containerised) plants can be planted year-round. Rootballed trees are field-grown and lifted with the soil ball intact — they establish beautifully but can only be lifted and transported during the dormant season (roughly November to March).
When is the best time to plant?
For rootballed and bareroot stock, November to March. For containerised plants, any time of year — though autumn and early spring are ideal because the ground is warm and moist and the plant has time to root before summer.
Do you offer trade or landscape accounts?
Yes — we work regularly with landscape designers, garden contractors and estate managers throughout Ireland. Contact us for a trade pricelist and account terms.
What if something goes wrong after planting?
Ring us. Really. We would rather hear about a problem early. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will diagnose whether it is a watering issue, a wind issue or something we should come and look at.
