About this plant

Loropetalum chinense, the Chinese fringe flower, has small evergreen leaves, often deep purple, and in spring it is covered in feathery, ribbon-like flowers. Grown and shaped as a bonsai-style specimen, it makes a characterful feature for a patio, entrance or sheltered courtyard.
